As the first of many Wellness Wednesday’s, Comus Inn is hosting Free Outdoor Yoga. The class will be led by professional instructor Erin Needleman. All levels are welcome. No equipment will be provided. No outside food or drink is permitted, outside of a single water bottle.
Please come and enjoy a free yoga class, overlooking Sugarloaf mountain. Then sit in the beer garden to eat and drink. The Comus Inn kitchen is led by world renowned culinary director Chef Sammy DeMarco. We also feature 12 rotating local brews, with a selection of wine and limited cocktails.
